What We Do

Original equipment manufacturer of products including:

Turbine Blades

Turbine Blades

Turbine blades are machined from Nickel superalloy castings, designed to withstand both high temperatures and stress conditions. Mounted to the turbine disc, their function is to rotate the turbine stage of the engine by converting thermal gas energy into mechanical energy.

Nozzle Guide Vanes

Nozzle Guide Vanes

Nozzle guide vanes (or turbine stator segments) form an assembled ring of static aerofoils whose purpose is to direct the flow of hot gas onto the turbine blades. Their aerofoil angles and throat area are critical to ensure optimal engine aerodynamic performance & fuel efficiency.

Heat Shields

Heat Shields

Turbine heat shields serve the dual purpose of restricting the hot gas flow space and shielding the engine casings & supporting structures from excessive temperatures.

Turbine Segments

Turbine Segments

Segments come in various forms dependant on engine design and include seal & liner segments, also known as shrouds, liner inserts/sleeves or tip shoes. Their primary purpose is to control the clearance which reduces gas leakage over turbine blade tips and improves the thrust & efficiency of turbomachinery.
