Nathan is responsible for the Site Environmental, Health and Safety for Trac Precision Solutions.
During his 30 year career within Nuclear and Fossil Power Generation, Manufacturing and Repair sectors, covering the UK and global key customers, Nathan has gained a wide range of experience in delivering Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Strategic Projects within Operational business areas.
Nathan’s skill is refining and maintaining Business Management Systems, with a particular emphasis on achieving EHS improvement through training and development, engagement with employees and stakeholders, positively driving Health and Safety standards forwards, through an EHS team ethos and open collaboration.
As a member of the Trac Senior Leadership Team, Nathan strives for success with a strong emphasis on Safety Culture and Mental Health.
