Joining Trac in 2013 as a military veteran, Liam quickly demonstrated the high standards, discipline, and attention to detail that have underpinned his career progression. These strengths were soon harnessed through roles spanning special processes leadership, programme management, and ultimately Head of Quality for the business.
Across multiple leadership appointments, Liam has consistently delivered success by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions at pace. His pragmatic approach, combined with a strong focus on operational excellence, has driven measurable improvements across the organisation.
Now serving as Managing Director of Trac Precision Solutions, Liam remains deeply committed to the ongoing success of the business and its customers, leading with purpose, clarity, and a relentless focus on quality.
